Orange Rolls on the Half Peel
Gluten Alert!: I know of no way to make these gluten free but they are so tasty and easy to make I had to include them for the rest of us!
Here is some fun for kids and adults. It's a great and easy way to start the morning off!
You will need:
· Oranges
· Pillsbury Grands! Orange Flavor Rolls
· A Hot Grill or Camp fire
· Make sure you have enough for everyone. Folks seem to just drop by when they smell these cooking.
1. Cut the oranges in half. You can either scoop out the insides and eat them or juice the orange and enjoy the fresh squeeze with your breakfast. Either way, its the orange peel your after so don't throw it away.
2. Open the Grand's and place one roll into each orange half.
3. Place the oranges on a baking sheet or something you can throw on top a fire
4. Cover with foil and place everything on the fire.
5. Keep an eye on the rolls as they rise so you don't burn them.
6. Once they are done, remove them from the fire and add the icing.
