This seasoning is good on just about any kind of meat. Use it liberally.
Memphis Dry Rub
1/8 cp Pepper
½ Cp Paprika
½ Cp Brown Sugar
¼ C Onion Pwdr
¼ C Garlic Pwdr
¼ C Cumin
½ C Oregono
1/8 C Mustard Seed
1/8 C Pepper Flakes
Mop: (A thin sauce applied to BBQ once the meat is finished cooking)
1 C White Vinegar
3 Tblspns rub
After the meat is finished cooking mop them generously with mop sauce then liberally coat with remaining dry rub.
